This site is published by F.L.R.U, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Rouen Trade and Companies Register. F.L.R.U is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. For any question about your data, use the contact details at the bottom of this page.
Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through our contact form:
- your name
- your e-mail address
- your phone number (optional)
- the content of your message
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your quote or enquiry and, where applicable, to manage our business relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR). We carry out no profiling or targeted advertising, and never resell your data.
Recipients and processors
Your data is processed by F.L.R.U and by the technical providers strictly necessary to operate the site:
- Resend — delivery of e-mails sent from the contact form
- Vercel — hosting of the site
Retention period
Messages received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted no later than three (3) years after our last contact.
